We do not offer returns or refunds .If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at Mr.snackingofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a unboxing video of the product.
Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
